He was born on March 16, 1929 in Chassel, Michigan to parents Adolph and Delie Adams. Morris served in the military for 9 years in the crash rescue division. He is a member of the American Legion Post 85 and also a member of the Veteran of Foriegn Wars Post 6724. He is preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers, 6 sisters and son Ernest. Morris is survived by loving wife of 47 years Arlene; children Jean (David) Chaudier, Morris "Butch" (Marie) Adams, Patricia Kantola, Judy (Doug) Danson, JoAnn (Jim) Hagemeyer, June (Don) Boerjan, Elizabeth Adams (Bill), and Joyce (Christopher) Barnes, Teresa Moe; 23 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren; sister Rosanna Richards and many other relatives and friends. Visitation: Visitation Wednesday from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Grandstrand Funeral Home in North Branch, MN and one hour prior to the service at church on Thursday. Service: Funeral Service 10:00 a.m. Thursday July 15, 2010 at Fish Lake Lutheran Church in Stark, MN. Cemetery: Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. |
